Tiger Woods just won his first golf tournament since coming back from reconstructive knee surgery. It took Woods 3 whole weeks back on the tour to accomplish this feat.
Tiger attributes his rapid return (8 months) and strength to his exercise routine. More specifically the resistance training portion of his fitness routine. That's right golf and resistance training in the same breath. More and more Golf Pros are focusing on muscle imbalances and strength training programs improve their consistency and lower their golf scores.
